Processing Times
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and bank holidays). Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

During busy periods or promotions, processing times may be slightly longer, but we will always aim to dispatch your order as quickly as possible.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times (UK)
We currently ship within the United Kingdom.

  • Standard Delivery (2–4 business days): £3.50
  • Free UK Delivery on orders over £30

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the courier and your location.

Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with tracking details so you can follow your delivery.

Incorrect Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Damaged or Lost Items
We take great care in packaging our candles to ensure they arrive safely. However, if your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at velahomeware@outlook.com, and we will resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Delays
While we aim to deliver within the estimated timeframes, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control (e.g. courier delays or peak seasons). We appreciate your patience and understanding.
