Refund & Return Policy

We hope you love your VELA Homeware purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are here to help.

Returns

You have 14 days from the date of delivery to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original condition and returned in its original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at velahomeware@outlook.com with your order number and details of your request.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 working days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and a photograph of the item.

We will arrange a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

Exchanges

We do not currently offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, we recommend placing a new order and returning the original item.
